Terms of service
The terms on which we provide accounting, administrative, consulting and IT services. They form an integral part of the service contract.

1. Provider

2. Scope of services
Double-entry bookkeeping, payroll and tax agenda, administration and back office, business consulting and IT services. The exact scope is always defined in the service contract.
3. Starting the engagement
The engagement starts when the contract is signed after the scope and the price have been agreed. For representation before authorities the client grants a power of attorney.
4. Prices
Prices on this site and the calculator output exclude VAT and are preliminary — the binding price is the one agreed in the contract and fixed for 12 months. Consulting beyond the agreed scope is charged from €55 per hour excluding VAT, depending on topic and complexity.
5. Payment terms
The monthly price is invoiced after the month ends, payable within 14 days. The onboarding fee is due on signing; it is not charged to sole traders on flat-rate expenses. Statutory default interest applies to late payments.
6. Client's duties
The client submits documents on an ongoing basis, closing documents by the 10th of the following month, and is responsible for their completeness and accuracy. Changes in the company that affect bookkeeping or payroll are reported without undue delay.
7. Liability
We are liable for damage caused by our own error and carry professional indemnity insurance. We are not liable for the consequences of incomplete, inaccurate or late documents.
8. Confidentiality
All client information is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties except where required by law or instructed by the client. Confidentiality survives the end of the engagement.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate with one calendar month's notice. On termination we hand over the complete accounting data in a standard format at no extra charge once outstanding invoices are settled.
10. Final provisions
The relationship is governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Changes to these terms are announced by e-mail at least 30 days before they take effect.
