How we process the personal data of clients, their employees and visitors to this site under the GDPR and Act No. 18/2018 Coll.

1. Data controller
The controller is YDV s. r. o., Company ID 55615368, registered at Drobného 1903/16, 841 01 Bratislava — Dúbravka, Slovakia. Send questions about data processing to info@ydv.sk.
2. What data we process
Identification and contact data of the client and its officers, data from accounting documents, and — for payroll — personal and payroll data of the client's employees. From the contact form we process only the data you enter there.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Performance of the contract (accounting, administrative, consulting and IT services), compliance with statutory duties under the Accounting Act and tax legislation, and legitimate interest when responding to an enquiry. Marketing messages are sent only with consent.
4. Retention
Accounting documents and records are kept for 10 years; payroll records and pension-related records for the period set by specific legislation. Data from enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for up to 12 months.
5. Recipients
The financial administration, the Social Insurance Agency and health insurers to the extent required by law, and processors — providers of accounting and IT software bound by a data processing agreement.
6. Transfers outside the EU
Data are processed within the European Union. Where a service provider processes data outside the EU, this is done only under standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection, and to withdraw consent at any time. Complaints can be filed with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
8. Cookies and this site
A strictly necessary cookie remembers your chosen language. We measure traffic with Plausible Analytics on our own subdomain, without cookies and without personal data. Your consent is managed by the Cookie-Script banner (CookieScript, Lithuania), which stores your choice in the CookieScriptConsent cookie. Only if you accept advertising cookies does the ChatGPT Ads measurement pixel by OpenAI (USA) load: it sets the __obref cookie and sends OpenAI data about your visit and contact form submissions to measure advertising performance. Transfers to the USA rely on standard contractual clauses. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time in the cookie settings on the site.
9. Security
Only authorised staff have access to the data, transfer and storage are encrypted, and access rights are reviewed regularly. On IT projects we work in encrypted cloud or on-premise storage as agreed with the client.
